About naturemaster
naturemaster is a powerful tool designed for researchers, educators, students, and nature enthusiasts who need access to high-quality biodiversity imagery and data.
Our Mission
We believe that access to biodiversity data should be simple and efficient. naturemaster bridges the gap between iNaturalist's vast database and users who need to collect, organize, and utilize nature photography for their projects.
How It Works
naturemaster connects directly to the iNaturalist API, allowing you to search through millions of research-grade observations. Once you find the species you're looking for, you can:
- Browse high-quality observation photos in an intuitive grid layout
- Select multiple images that match your research or educational needs
- Download your selection as a convenient ZIP file
- Access complete metadata including species information, location, date, and photographer credits
Data Source
All data and images come from iNaturalist, a joint initiative of the California Academy of Sciences and the National Geographic Society. iNaturalist is one of the world's most popular nature apps, with millions of observations shared by a passionate community of naturalists.
Ethical Use
We take intellectual property and photographer rights seriously. All images downloaded through naturemaster include proper attribution information. Users are responsible for respecting the licenses associated with each image and providing appropriate credit to photographers.
